Three black standing seam metal and charred cedar clad volumes, linked by glass hallways and placed over a board formed concrete base embedded into the rolling sand and dune grass covered site. Featuring large expanses of glass and a generously sized cantileverd deck with panoramic and uninterrupted views of Lake Michigan.
