As a first step, following the submission of the basic contact/project information form, we will return a more detailed introduction to North45 architecture which is intended to explain “Why We Do”, “What We Do” and “How We Do” it.  Every architect has a design philosophy and process. This is ours.  In addition to examples or our work, it also provides insight to our motivation, inspiration, beliefs and perhaps most importantly our process. You will also find a “Frequently Asked Questions” section which will address your question regarding the project types and scale we most often work on, plus several other questions and answers which may be helpful at this early stage of the process.

Following your review, I hope you have a better understanding of who we are, what we stand for, and the type of work we strive to create.

Since founding North45 architecture, I have learned the one factor which most accurately predicts the success of any given project, is the client/architect relationship. Our most successful projects are built upon collaborations with clients who share the same foundational beliefs and an understanding that good design takes time.  We are not the right fit for everyone or every project…and that’s ok…and hopefully that is what this introduction will help you determine.
