North45 architecture studio

Completed spring 2023.

Inspired by the original 125+ year old carriage house which originally occupied the site, North45 architecture's new design studio is traditional in form but simple, honest and unapologetically modern in it's detailing. The exterior contrasts traditional rough sawn barnwood cladding, salvaged from the original structure, and a natural stone base against black corrugated metal cladding and a monumental scale glass entrance door. The interior is simple. Polished concrete floors, painted osb and a conference room table which utilizes roof rafters from the original carriage house.
